CONSULTATION
During your consultation with the Doctor, you will go over your medical history including any physical issues, pain, surgeries, or injuries. The Doctor will also ask you to share information about your lifestyle, nutrition and health goals.
EXAM
Following your initial consultation, the Doctor will perform a thorough examination of your spine, joints, muscles, and extremities. This examination will help the Doctor assess the needed chiropractic adjustment(s).
ADJUSTMENTS
(INCLUDING Y-STRAP IF NEEDED)
After the exam is completed, your Doctor will perform non-invasive and gentle adjustments to release tension and correct any mis-alignments. These chiropractic adjustments provide several benefits including: decreased pain/discomfort, increased range of motion/flexibility, improved blood flow /circulation, improved nerve function and overall spinal alignment.
